DessertOur size and skill base enable us to be very flexible with regard to creating bespoke flavours for customers who use our standard range of flavours. Minimum quantities apply (usually only 10 litres) and with creations such as Balsamic Vinegar , Liquorice & Toffee and Parsnip ice creams and Mango, Chilli & Ginger Sorbet we have something for all occasions. Add exclusivity to any menu without having to buy expensive equipment or assign staff to make it.

We also offer a bespoke product service for patisserie customers who use our standard lines. Minimum quantities are around 105 products (depending on what is required).
