Our chocolate desserts are made using high quality Belgian couverture. To appreciate the full bodied flavours they should be eaten at room temperature.

Our multi portion chocolate desserts are 220mm diameter.
Individual fruit mousses and delices are 12 pieces per case.

Our multi portion gateau are 220mm diameter. Individual hot puddings are 12 pieces per case except
the vanilla and chocolate sponges which are 20 per case.
