BLACKCURRANT AND KIRSCH

Boisterous blackcurrants bound with a bountiful splash of kirsch liqueur to form a vibrant and refreshing sorbet.

INGREDIENTS

Water, blackcurrant puree (18%), sugar, blackcurrants frozen (10%), glucose Syrup, dextrose monohydrate, blackcurrant juice concentrate (1%), Kirsch (1%), lemon juice concentrate, Pectin (E440), emulsifier E471, guar gum (E412), sodium citrate (E331), cellulose gum (E466).

PASSION FRUIT & TARRAGON

A piquant passion fruit sorbet enlivened with the herbal, anise tones of tarragon.

INGREDIENTS

Water, sugar, passion fruit puree, mango puree, passion fruit juice from concentrate, dextrose, tarragon, pernod, pectin (E440), mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471), guar gum (E412), sodium citrate (E331), cellulose gum (E466).

SOUR CHERRY & AMARETTO

Tangy sour cherries are infused with invigorating and aromatic Italian Amaretto to create a subtly sharp sorbet.

Remarkably ripe raspberries permeate perfectly in this punchy palate cleansing sorbet

Water, raspberry puree (20%), sugar, raspberry prep (11%), raspberry juice from concentrate (4%), dextrose, lemon juice from concentrate, pectin (E440), mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471), guar gum (E412), sodium citrate (E331), cellulose gum (E466).
